The Northampton Conservation Commission will hold an online hearing on August 29 at 5:45pm to review the Sovereign Builders proposal for View Avenue. Instructions for attending will be posted to the city calendar by the end of the day on August 27.
Northampton’s Planning Board approved the Sovereign Builders proposal to build 12 units off View Avenue at its July 25 meeting. The Conservation Commission will review the proposal at a special online August 29 meeting (not on August 22 as previously stated here).
Sovereign Builders presented its View Avenue proposal for 12 housing units to Northampton’s Planning Board on June 13. Comments from the public were heard. The hearing was continued to July 25 at 7pm (City Council Chambers). No decision was made. This video was recorded by Adam Cohen.
