The board approved a Site Plan and Special Permit for Sovereign Builders to construct 12 units off of View Avenue. The Northampton Conservation Commission has released its agenda for August 29. It was expected to hear the View Avenue proposal from Sovereign Builders, but the company has requested a continuation until September 12 at 5:45pm. The company may be reacting to an independent stormwater review of the proposal recently submitted by Northampton neighbors.

Planning Board Approves Sovereign Builders’ Proposal for View Avenue
Northampton’s Planning Board approved the Sovereign Builders proposal to build 12 units off View Avenue at its July 25 meeting. The Conservation Commission will review the proposal at a special online August 29 meeting (not on August 22 as previously stated here).
