The board approved a Site Plan and Special Permit for Sovereign Builders to construct 12 units off of View Avenue. Sovereign Builders still requires the approval of Northampton’s Conservation Commission.

Northampton’s Planning Board approved the Sovereign Builders proposal to build 12 units off View Avenue at its July 25 meeting. The Conservation Commission will review the proposal at a special online August 29 meeting (not on August 22 as previously stated here).
