Sovereign Builders Delays Conservation Commission Hearing to September 12, 2024

The Northampton Conservation Commission has released its agenda for August 29. It was expected to hear the View Avenue proposal from Sovereign Builders, but the company has requested a continuation until September 12 at 5:45pm. The company may be reacting to an independent stormwater review of the proposal recently submitted by Northampton neighbors.
