Here is a complete blip.tv video of the 2/7/11 meeting of Northampton’s Solid Waste Reduction and Management Task Force. When the minutes are available they will appear here. This video is 2 hours 25 minutes long. The recording was made by Craig Odgers.



Here is an 11-minute YouTube excerpt from the end of the meeting, where task force members Mimi Odgers and Mark Carmien discuss the process of planning public forums. Carmien had communicated with the Senior Center about holding a forum there. Odgers wants the planning process to be transparent and to include the task force as a whole.

“It has to be self-sustaining,” Carmien said. The task force is due to make it final recommendation to the Board of Public Works by April 1. It will hold at least one public forum on March 7 to solicit input from residents.
