Kohl Construction, doing business as Tofino Associates and Northern Avenue Homes, is scheduled to appear before the Conservation Commission and the Planning Board on March 26. These hearings may be short, as Kohl has indicated a desire to withdraw its current application for condos off North Street in the face of opposition from two members of the Conservation Commission at a March 12 hearing.
