Northampton's Best Practices Committee met at the Board of Public Works conference room at 125 Locust Street on November 5. Here is a complete Vimeo video of the meeting as recorded by Jendi Reiter. It's one hour and 36 minutes long.

38min:15sec: Alex Ghiselin: "What we have not really begun or made any progress toward is consensus on what we're actually going to recommend, and it seems like the heart of the matter..."
48min:35sec: The committee will meet at 6pm next Wednesday, November 12 [in the 2nd Floor Hearing Room of City Hall, 210 Main Street]. This meeting may take up to four hours to synthesize input for the report due in December to the City Council. The public is welcome to attend.
